YNPN Board Information Sessions

YNPN is looking for several more energetic leaders that want to help lead and improve our chapter. We are looking to grow and enhance what YNPN provides, but we'll need more help to make that happen.

Join us for information sessions to learn more about this opportunity and the expectations of board members. Information sessions are informal and you can come by at any point during the session.

Information Sessions:
Tuesday, November 3rd
5:45 - 7:00 PM
Bar Louie (Bayshore Mall)

Thursday, November 12th
5:45 - 7:00 PM
Stack'd Burger Bar (170 S. 1st St.)

Wednesday, November 18th
5:45 - 7:00 PM
Milwaukee Ale House (233 N. Water St.)

Our information sessions are a way for you to get to know some of our board, a chance to ask questions, and for us to get to know you. If you cannot make an information session, contact Nick Lyons and we will arrange an individual meeting with you.

Board applications are due by 12/1, and the next term starts in January 2010.
Lobbying 101

Join us for a discussion on nonprofit lobbying! Guest speaker, Karin Werner, will share tips to ensure your organization is operating within the legal guidelines for 501 (c)(3) nonprofit lobbying activities. Karin will also be prepared to answer your questions regarding nonprofit lobbying.
